## How GPS Verification Works

KULL 1 catches are submitted through the mobile app at the moment of catch. The platform captures:
- GPS coordinates locked to the angler's position at time of submission
- A server-side timestamp (immutable — cannot be retroactively altered)
- A photograph of the fish on a bump board, linked to that position and timestamp record

Submissions from outside the tournament boundary are automatically flagged. Submissions after the closing window are rejected. Self-reporting fraud mechanisms are eliminated by design.

## Tournament Formats

- **Big Bass**: Single heaviest fish wins. Favors quality over quantity.
- **Five-Fish Limit**: Five heaviest fish combined. Most common club format.
- **Slot Limit**: Fish must fall within a defined length window. Protects trophy broodstock.
- **Multi-Day**: Two-day events with field cuts. Season-long point circuits with championship events.

## Pricing and Payments

- Entry fees: collected at registration, split automatically at the moment of payment
- Platform fee: $5.00 per angler per tournament event
- Subscription fee: $3.50 per angler subscription
- Payouts: Stripe Connect, direct to winners' bank accounts, 2–5 business days
- No monthly fee for Tournament Directors
