Entry fees processed through KULL 1 are subject to IRS 1099-K reporting requirements. We are required by law to collect your tax identification information before disbursing any funds.
Format: XX-XXXXXXX. Used for 1099-K tax reporting on tournament distributions.
Required for IRS reporting when tournament distributions exceed $600/year. Encrypted in transit — not stored on KULL 1 servers.
04 Payment & Banking
Entry fees are collected at the point of payment and held by KULL 1. After each tournament closes, the payout pool is disbursed to your account within 2 business days. Platform fee of $5.00 per angler entry is deducted at the transaction — you receive the net amount automatically.
05 Identity & Documentation
Documents are required for payment processor compliance (KYC/AML). All uploads are encrypted and reviewed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is verified.

06 Agreement & Authorization

I have read and agree to the KULL 1 Terms of Service and Tournament Director Agreement, including the platform fee of $5.00 per angler entry and $3.50 per subscription, collected at the point of payment.

I authorize KULL 1 and its payment processor (Stripe) to verify my identity and the banking information provided above for KYC/AML compliance. I certify that all information is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.

I authorize KULL 1 to initiate ACH credit entries to the bank account listed above for tournament payout disbursements, and ACH debit entries for applicable platform fees owed.

I understand that KULL 1 may be required to report tournament distributions to the IRS on Form 1099-K when applicable thresholds are met, and I agree to provide updated tax information upon request.

Your information is encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Banking credentials and tax identification numbers are transmitted directly to Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, and are not stored on KULL 1 servers. Documents are encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorized KULL 1 compliance staff.
